Delivery takes approximately 1-3 working days from the moment the order is processed by our warehouse.

Products are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on national holidays.

For all orders over 100 euros shipping is free, otherwise it is 7 euros.

If the payment method cash on delivery (COD) is selected, there is an additional cost of 7 euros.

In any case, shipping and cash on delivery costs are not refundable in the event of a return.

The order confirmation email contains the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier's website. For any problem, please contact us.

You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the goods are delivered to you.

In this case, you will have to send the form in Annex 1 of the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” page, or another explicit declaration, to BICE SRL, Cis di Nola, isola 1, lotti 140 e 141, 80035 NOLA (NA), by email, to the account, info@levipmilano.com if necessary together with the purchased goods, in perfect condition in their original packaging, with the label and all the documentation received.
